Unfortunately, carriers are no longer accepting responsibility for missing packages due to "porch pirates". So, we have made the decision to require a signature on every shipment. This has resulted in a price increase across the board to accommodate the cost of the signature requirement.
We strongly recommend that you sign up for both carrier management systems. They are free to use and you can reroute packages to be delivered when you will be home, to an alternate location, etc. Fedex's program is called Fedex Delivery Manager. UPS' program is called UPS My Choice.

Libbey has informed us that we may not receive any more 917CD or 918CD until 2022. Please consider the Arc versions of the jars as those will be arriving this month (53224 and 53232, respectively).
In addition, Libbey has announced an increase in the surcharges placed on items coming out of Asia. This will impact 917CD, 918CD, 2917 and others.

Libbey has announced a surcharge of 8% to 37% on jars produced overseas. This pricing is effective immediately.

Arc International has announced a price increase across their entire catalog, effective July 1st. This increase is between 12-15%.

Inflation has reared its ugly head! We are seeing price increases on nearly EVERYTHING! Wax pricing has gone up 33% in the past 4 months. We no longer sell vegetable waxes because those prices have doubled in the past 12 months. Shipping/Freight costs are rising. We expect significant price increases on glass very soon.
If you are able, we recommend stocking up as much as you can. Of course, as prices rise, be sure to increase your prices as well to protect your margin.

Libbey continues to have stock issues and is working to get caught up as quickly as possible. New stock is arriving weekly so keep checking back.
Arc is also behind but is working to get caught up as well. We expect the 53232 very soon and the 53224 in late June. The 00816 will be arriving in early July.
As the pandemic winds down, we are going to remove the banner from the front page but will continue to keep this page updated periodically.

We are still receiving new inventory every week. Pickup hours are still Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 2pm.

We are continuing to get new inventory in every week. We have added a feature to our site that allows you to be notified when an item is back in stock.
Note that, as we work to build inventory, often times our deliveries are already sold by the time they arrive. We use the "Back in Stock" button to help us know what is needed most when we order.

Effective immediately our pickup hours are 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday.
In addition, we are not able to offer telephone support at this time. Please email us through the website for assistance.

All items may now be purchased even if they are currently out of stock. Please be sure to look at stock levels before making your purchase as we cannot offer refunds due to backorders.
Trucks are arriving weekly now so, even if an item is backordered, lead times will be short.

We are getting a small truck in from Libbey! Limited stock coming in as only one DC is open now but we are hoping that the Toledo DC will open very soon.

We know everyone is concerned about the COVID-19 outbreak and the impacts the virus may have on our daily lives. We take the health and safety of our customers, staff, and community very seriously. As such, we are taking precautions to do our part in mitigating the spread of COVID-19. Here are the things we want you to know.
EAP Innovations is open for business, and we are confident that our facilities and practices are safe.
Our office staff is working remotely for the foreseeable future, and our warehouse staff is working staggered shifts.
At this time, we are not able to offer Warehouse Pickup as an option, but we can ship your order to you.
We are seeing some interruptions in our supply chain. For instance, Libbey is not shipping at this time, nor is our supplier for NatureWax. These items are limited to what is in stock until we can get replenishments from the manufacturers. Of course you can still order most items, even if they are out of stock and we will ship on a First-In/First-Out basis once our shipments arrive.
Please review inventory for each item that you order. We cannot offer a refund due to backorders.

At this time, we are not able to offer Warehouse Pickup as an option for delivery. As soon as the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, we will resume allowing pickups.
