EAP Innovations has exceeded my expectations. On the same day I ordered I received three emails from EAP- a thank you, your order has been processed, your order has been shipped. Just wow! I had my lovely Status jars within three days, expertly packaged and in great shape so far (still unpacking). I look forward to doing business again with EAP Innovations.
Ordered these jars hoping they would replace some from another store that closed. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong jars which are very small. After 3 emails and several phone calls, I have not received any response weeks later, so have to leave a negative review.
These are my favorite candle vessels. I love the thick walls which add to the safety during burning. I use them as drinking glasses when the candles are done burning.
